Don’t downvote me for that one either sorry I’m kind tired. There is just no way that their child could contribute anything to this world, and we already have too many people. Another one of my opinions is: hey, maybe some people should be sterilized. So I started watching some episodes and they were pretty good, but for some reason the host just bothered me in some unexplainable way. I was mentioning to a friend how I used to love Steve Irwin when I was a kid and he told me that I should check out Brave Wilderness on YouTube. Like I said I don’t know shit about the guy, it’s just my opinion. Coyote Peterson isn’t genuine and seems to put on a facade. I don’t want a bunch of the “coyote pack” coming in to mass downvote my stuff. Stay the fuck oughta my YouTube queue you enthusiastic uncanny anomaly.Įdit: also I’m going to remind everyone that this is r/unpopularopinions. But for all I know as well he could be a major asshole looking to capitalize on the market that Steve Irwin left open on his passing. Like he’s sitting on a rock petting a porcupine but as soon as he hears cut he stands up, kicks the fucking porcupine off a cliff and then lights up a cigarette that eventually starts a forrest fire.įor all I know he could be a totally decent guy who just loves the shit out of nature and wants to share his passion. I am in no way saying his videos are fake, I am just saying to me HE seems fake. I’m sure that’s not how it is, but when a wilderness show has highly produced stuff like that it just seems to take away any of the authenticity. Like you’re open to all the experience of the wilderness” and then the AD comes up and claps the slate while coyote is slowly walking back huffing and puffing and threatening to go into his trailer and lock the door. All I could think of was the director going “okay, one more take and this time make it look like you’re looking for something, but you don’t really know what. There are shots of him like jumping on to rocks and shit and peering over the distance, and then running off again. He puts on this facade of “bad ass wilderness dude looking at animals and shit,” but everything just feels so produced and artificial. I have worked around actors for a long time and because of that I’ve always had a good sense on whose acting and whose not, and Coyote just seemed like an actor. I decided to watch some more videos and eventually I came to the conclusion that the reason it felt weird to me was because he’s an actor. I thought the videos were informative and well produced, but something about “Coyote” just felt. I stared searching around on Reddit to see if anyone agreed with me but all I saw were people praising him. I was mentioning to a friend how I used to love Steve Irwin when I was a kid and he told me that I should check out “Brave Wilderness” on YouTube.
